PAM broke off the negotiations within the facilities services sector
The collective agreement negotiations within the facilities services sector has been cut off. Earlier today, Service Union united PAM and The Real Estate Employers met up in order to continue the collective bargaining round within the facilities services sector.
The Real Estate Employers have proposed drastic cutbacks in employees’ working conditions and the difficulties to proceed caused a pause in the negotiations.
PAM therefore announced an overtime ban from 1 February within the sector, as a way to speed up the collective agreement negotiations.
In today's meeting the parties where not able to see eye to eye, and PAM broke off the negotiations.
PAM's Executive Committee will followingly discuss the situation.
